Vermont Arts Council, working for a creative state

Vermont Arts Council

Due to Covid-19, the Vermont Arts Council offices are not currently open to the public during regular hours. We are pleased to continue showing art in the Spotlight Gallery through virtual exhibits.

The Vermont Arts Council is housed in the boyhood home of Vermont Senator Patrick Leahy. This site offers a lovely sculpture garden with contemporary works by Vermont artists. Inside the building, visitors can view the exhibit in the Spotlight Gallery, which features a new Vermont artist every two months. The Council office is also a good place to learn about upcoming events, museums and galleries to visit, and general information about the arts in Vermont. The Arts Council office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Current exhibit information available for the Sculpture Garden and Spotlight Gallery
